We carefully select trending, high-value products from trusted global suppliers to offer great quality at competitive prices. Many items are sourced from manufacturers in China, the US, or Europe. We focus on items with strong reviews and test samples ourselves when possible. Descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

MeteRad is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. We ship to the United States (all 50 states) and most countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled from global supplier warehouses (often China, US, or Europe depending on the product). Some restricted countries may not be available—check at checkout.

Domestic (US): Most orders arrive in 7–20 calendar days (2–3 business days processing + 6–15 days transit). International: 15–45 calendar days, depending on customs and location. Delivery times are estimates only. We provide tracking numbers for most orders within 1–5 days after shipment.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and method. We often offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (check product pages for current promotions). International customers pay actual shipping + any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (check spam/junk folder). You can also view tracking in your account under “My Orders” or contact support with your order number.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if they are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/tags. Personalized, hygiene, final-sale, or opened items are generally non-returnable (full details in our Return & Refund Policy). You usually cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@meterad.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free return (prepaid label when possible), replacement, or full refund (including original shipping in most cases). We stand behind our products!

Yes, exchanges are available if the item is in original condition and the replacement is in stock. You are responsible for return shipping unless it’s due to our error (wrong item sent). If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options available at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted third-party gateways—we never store full card details
