Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Has all original tags attached.

  • Is returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel where prohibited for hygiene reasons

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by MeteRad.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as MeteRad is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


6. Inspection of Returned Items

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

We will notify you of the status of your return after the inspection is complete.


7. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds generally include the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is the result of our error or otherwise required by law.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items when a different size or color is available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process described in this policy.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to MeteRad because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we may deduct any applicable shipping or handling costs from the refund.


11. Fraud Prevention

MeteRad reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, excessive return activity, or other misuse of our services.


12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
